When placing an order with Cameo Displays you are accepting the following terms and conditions. Please read through the following carefully.

Confirmation of Orders
An order confirmation will be sent back to you once we have received your order and checked it. Upon receipt of the confirmation you must check that all the details are correct. It is very important for you to ensure that we have interpreted your order correctly and that our service is suitable for your requirements.

Payment
A pro-forma invoice will be raised and sent to you via fax or email.Your order will not be dispatched until payment has been processed. Bacs transfers will be accepted (our bank details are available on request) or you may pay by credit card. ALL PRICES ARE EXCLUSIVE OF VAT & DELIVERY.

Customer Information & Privacy
Customer details are only used within our company to inform you of any special offers we may have that could be of interest to you. If you do not wish us to contact you please email info@cameodisplays.co.uk. We do not under any circumstances share your details with third party companies.

Goods Delivery
Delivery of goods will usually be within 5 working days of receipt of approved artwork, but large orders may take longer. Delivery charges are not included* (*prices below). While the greatest of care is taken in packaging and dispatching goods, we are under no circumstances liable for any delay to, damage to or loss of articles after leaving our premises. Claims for damage while in transit should be made upon the carriers delivering the goods immediately on receipt. In the event of complaint against any goods, delivered, lost or delayed, written notification to us must be made within 7 days of receipt. In the absence of such notification we will be unable to accept any liability.

Also, while every care and precaution is taken against loss or damage to customers' original or other articles, we shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage from any cause whatsoever in respect of any article entrusted to us for any purpose whatsoever. Please note that carriers are not 100% reliable and we cannot accept responsibility for the late delivery of goods due to them failing to deliver on time. If time is critical, our own transport could be used and will be charged accordingly.
